Supply interruption

Vodakva is responsible for delivering drinking water and set to monitor carefully its quality. The company aims to deliver drinking water in such quantity and pressure that meet all customer needs and comply with household plumbing systems. Sometimes Vodakva has to interrupt the supply of water to carry out necessary works in an emergency or if the electricity supply to pumping station is cut off. In those cases Vodakva does its best to restore the supply within the shortest span of time. If the water supply is cut off for more than 6 hours (or 8 hours in an emergency) we will carry out an alternative supply, mostly by using water tanks situated as close as possible to customers.

The water supply may be interrupted also in case of planned works related to renovation, maintenance or monitoring activities. It is necessary to carry out these works in order to maintain supply networks. Affected customers have been notified about any planned interruptions and estimated time to restore supply before the supply is cut off.
